How long does IVF treatment take?
- A full IVF cycle—from the start of ovarian stimulation to the embryo transfer—usually takes about 4 to 6 weeks. However, the preparation phase (diagnostic testing and consultations) can add a few weeks to the beginning to ensure your body is perfectly ready.
Is the treatment painful?
Most patients feel no pain during the 15–20 minute procedure and experience only minor, period-like cramping for a day or two afterward.
What happens to the "extra" embryos?
If your cycle produces more high-quality embryos than are needed for the immediate transfer, we offer Advanced Cryopreservation (Freezing). These embryos can be stored safely for many years, allowing you to attempt another pregnancy in the future without undergoing the full stimulation and retrieval process again.
What is the success rate?
